Management Systems are a path that is followed by a business so that it is able to manage specific areas of its activites and to achieve its objectives.​

These objectives may be associated with greater quality in the provided products and/or services, with increased information security, with stricter health & safety measures in the workplace and with more efficient adult training methods, etc.

At SUCCESSKeys.GR we support you (as consultants) in the development and implementation of management systems. The management systems may be independment (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22000:2018, etc.) or integrated in one management system (Integrated Management Systems - IMS). An integrated management system consists of the requirements of at least two different management systems.​

With respect to the management systems, we also conduct audits, pursuant to the requirements of the respective international standard. The internal audit is a mandatory process for every organization that has developed and implemented a management system. We have been certified by multinational organizations to conduct internal audits.

With the same certification we also conduct second party audits, e.g., of suppliers on behalf of our clients.
